Advantages of Renewal of Policy, offered by IMG.

Visitors Care from IMG can be purchased initially for minimum of 5 days and can be renewed for minimum of 5 days (or any number of days or months you like), maximum 12 months at a time. Some time before the expiration date, IMG will send a renewal notice to the email address specified on the application. Coverage may then be renewed for a period of time, depending upon your specific need. You can continue to renew the policy minimum of 5 days at a time, for a maximum of 24 months. Total period of coverage for Visitors Care can not exceed 24 months.

Renewals can be performed Online. Every time you renew the policy, IMG will charge $5 renewal fee (per policy) in addition to premium.

Please note that this is a renewal of policy and NOT a new policy. That means that if something happens in previous months while policy was continuously effective, it will not be considered as a pre-existing condition. While if you take a new policy, it will be considered as pre-existing condition. Thus renewability is a big advantage.
